Refund Policy for FolderCharm Annual

Effective date: August 31, 2026

Annual includes a 14-day full-feature trial so users can evaluate the extension before purchasing.

Initial annual purchase

Users may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after the initial USD $12 annual charge.

Renewal charge

Users may request a refund within 7 calendar days after an annual renewal charge. Approved renewal refunds terminate the renewed paid term.

How to request a refund

Email betterbookmarks4u@gmail.com with:

• The email used at checkout.
• The approximate charge date.
• The Stripe receipt or invoice number, if available.
• A brief reason for the request.

Do not send payment-card numbers or sensitive financial information.

Exceptions

Seller may deny or limit refunds in cases of fraud, repeated refund abuse, chargeback abuse, license resale, or material violation of the Terms. This policy does not limit refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law.

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Stripe and the user's financial institution.
